We had leak in our roof. GoldenRite sent Brad out the very next day. We were 20 minutes late to meeting him for our estimate. Brad was understanding and patient and waited for us. He used his drone and found the issue before we ever even arrived. Absolutely excellent service. Brad gave us a quote and did whatever it took to stay within that quote, even after the work was more then we thought it was going to be at first. Brad took an genuine interest in our home and very knowledgeable. The crew came out the next morning and got it all done in the same day. We are so happy with Brad and his crew for their help, honesty, and hard work. Top notch work and service!!! When it comes time to replace our roof, yall are who we will call and trust again!!! From the initial roof inspection to completion, Jeremy was there for every step. His demeanor helped my husband and me feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions, returned all phone calls and texts quickly and was involved in the entire project. Not only did we get a new roof but they removed a dog house window from the roof as well. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. We added on new gutters as the final touch.
